"The Show Off" on Broadway World

Back in NY!

I'm back in NY! After a wonderful 10 months at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival - I toured Two Gents to schools around the South; the theatre held a reading of my play, Paradise Lost and Found, with an incredible group of rep actors; I spent two weeks as a Teaching Artist with the State Youth Theatre program, running a master-class in improv and helping to direct a very talented group of high-school-age actors in their own production of Two Gents - I am back in NY, and still using run-on sentences. I'm so happy to be back home in the Big Snapple (I'm sponsored by Snapple), back to auditioning, sweating, writing, and mostly sweating. More to come! Did I mention Snapple is delicious? Mmmmm, Snapple!

The Alabama Shakespeare Festival

I'm currently part of the Resident Acting Company at The Alabama Shakespeare Festival. I've been touring to schools all across the South with The Two Gentlemen of Verona, playing Speed (the servant) and Crab (the dog). I am currently in rehearsals for The Tempest, which opens on the Festival Stage on April 20th. You can also see me in Two Gents when it comes back for the Repertory season, which you can find out more about here: I will be a teaching artist for the State Youth Theatre acting program in the summer. I'll be back in NYC in mid-June, and I look forward to meeting anyone who actually reads this section of my website!

A Midsummer Reading of Midsummer!

Guess what? I'm going to be playing Puck - again! Hooray!

I'm so excited to be part of this reading of A Midsummer Night's Dream with the Rogue & Peasant Players and South Brooklyn Shakespeare at the Gallery Players' Theatre as part of their Shakespeare-a-thon! The reading is on Sunday, July 3rd at 1 pm, at 199 14th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. It's gonna be a delightful celebration of the Bard. For more information - and to check out their entire awesome weekend schedule - go here:

Wilt thou join us?!?!? (Shakespeare LOVED excessive punctuation too!!!!!)

Back from NJ!

I'm back from New Jersey after touring for six months with Shakespeare LIVE! - the educational touring company with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. I played Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Benvolio in Romeo & Juliet, and was also the Male Swing for R&J. I ended up going on as Romeo (four times), Friar Laurence (twice), Lord Capulet, Lord Montague, Peter, and Mercutio. What an exciting, insane, fulfilling, joyful, remarkable experience it was. I had the greatest time, and I was with the most remarkable company of actors. Truly an amazing group of people who I'll miss very much. Now back to NYC, and onto the next gig!

Rest in Trees Presents: "Borders in 1998"

But don't worry - you won't actually have to do any dumb reading for it! Come come come!
